30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you wish to return your vertical bike rack, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:

1. Unassembled Product

The bike rack must be unassembled and in its original, unused condition. Returns of assembled or used products will not be accepted.

2. Original Packaging

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all components, hardware, and instructions. Please ensure everything is securely packaged for return transit.

3. Return Authorisation Required

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@atlanticproducts.com.au or +61 449 631 623 within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery back to our warehouse.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected to confirm it meets the above conditions, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Note: The original express shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
